Data science for education

We are mining emlyon students records (transcript and first jobs), and similar Norwegian data sets from SSB, and preparing qualitative cross studies (in the sociology of education) to discover and qualify: (1) students’ academic paths, and their strategies to select courses; (2) academic paths of minorities (like women in finance); (3) « deserving profiles » such as fellow students who outperform; and (4) how academic paths correlate to the first jobs.
